Shipping policy
1. Shipping
We will ship your order either by Austrian Post or DHL or Hermes as soon as we have received your payment. Normally, the delivery time with standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days, depending on your exact geographical location.
2. Shipping costs
We currently ship to Germany, Austria and France. From an order value of EUR 49,00 we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries below EUR 49.00 we charge the following flat shipping rates:
- Germany: EUR 9.90
- Austria: EUR 5,90
- France: EUR 11,90
Please note that for shipments to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties and similar charges may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery times
Once payment has been processed, we aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receipt. Please allow approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch for standard delivery.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
